If you look closely, you can see 2 bibles on the desk, some more stained glass on the light box, and a Jesus painting
I also love the book open with a picture of a cathedral ceiling...how much time could be spent on trying to see EVERY prop that was funny... e.g. the fluffy mouse mac finds in the operating theatre shelves or somewhere... brilliant! :)(same anonymous that asked about the paintings)
